1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Aquila Dynamics Limited, registered at 79 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, Larnaca 7102, Cyprus (“Aquila Dynamics”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using aquiladynamics.com you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

The content on aquiladynamics.com (including product descriptions, screenshots, customer logos, case studies and statistics) is provided for general information purposes and may change without notice. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, currency or fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to sell, license or deliver products or services. Any such offer will only be made through a written commercial agreement signed by both parties.

The site links to third-party websites (for example partner pages, LinkedIn, news articles, our product sites aquilaflex.com and aquilashelfedge.com which have their own terms). Those sites are not under our control and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

6. Demo requests and submissions

When you submit your email or any other information through a contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We will handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us confidential information, ideas, or proposals through public channels unless we have a written confidentiality agreement in place. Anything you do submit non-confidentially may be used by us for the purpose of responding to your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes arising in connection with the site or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
